SHAPING THE POLYCENTRIC CITY
Minavil House and Workshop Willesden have been selected by the NLA to showcase projects which are transforming outer London's urban centres. They will form part of a major NLA Insight Study highlighting exemplar schemes and ideas which deliver high-quality, mixed-use, well-connected places that support London's future as a livable city.
A free exhibition of the selected projects will be on show at the NLA from 11th October 2017 to 11th January 2018.

CONSENT FOR MINAVIL HOUSE
FAL are delighted to have secured planning consent for Minavil House in Alperton, north London. The scheme is a key part of the regeneration of Alperton and significantly enhances the public realm which includes opening up public access to the canal. At 26 storeys high and providing 91% affordable housing, the development will contribute 251 new homes to the Alperton Housing Zone and will offer a Lidl supermarket, affordable offices and a canal-side cafe on the lower levels.

The Workshop Willesden is featured in an Evening Standard article written by Colliers Planning Consultant Jonathan Manns which highlights the importance of community engagement and provision of high quality communal space.
WILLESDEN PUBLIC EXHIBITION
As part of the ongoing consultation process, FAL are holding a public exhibition to engage with local residents and businesses on the 22nd and 23rd April 2O17.
The exhibition will describe the design and layout of the proposals and is a platform for the community to have their say. Concerns, suggestions and recommendations for improvements will be very much welcomed.
EALING ROAD STARTING AUTUMN 2O16
Metropolitan Housing Trust have appointed Higgins Construction to build 255 Ealing Road. Work commenced in October 2O16 and is due for completion mid 2O18.
