Alperton is a strategic housing growth area of London located in close proximity to London’s Piccadilly line and the Grand Union Canal. This is the first of a series of sites that FAL is working on to bring forward for housing in the area.

 

 

FAL obtained a residential planning consent for 125 units and two mixed use retail / community units, the development is designed around two intensively landscaped courtyards with a series of landscaped terraces for the use of residents.

 

The scheme went on site in October 2O16 and is due for completion in 2O18. It was longlisted for a World Architecture News (WAN) Award future projects award.
